Our Story
Touch of Jesus Ministries is taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost across the globe, with signs, wonders, and miracles following, just like Jesus commanded us to do!
How It All Began
Touch of Jesus Ministries began with Larry’s call into the nations. In 1973, after being baptized in the Holy Spirit, Larry’s life was transformed by encounters with Jesus. In 1990, an invitation to Nigeria confirmed his calling — sparking a global ministry of healing, prophecy, and evangelism. Today, Larry and Melanie continue to carry the message of Jesus across the world. Fast forward to 2016, the Lord brought Larry and Melanie together to be husband and wife. Today, they are a team continuing to carry the message of Jesus across the world.
Our Timeline
Early Adventures
1973: I got dosed in the Holy Ghost! My intimacy with Jesus was birthed.
1982: Reasons for Faith TV Ministry, continuing through 1994
1984: Word of God Communication, a forerunner to modern-day digital Bibles!
1984: Prayer voyage to China
1986: Carried the Cross through my city for 5 years
1988: Reinhard Bonnke anointed me at the EuroFire Conference
1990: First mission trip to the Nations, Mazatlán Mexico
The First Call
1990: The Call to Macedonia, in the form of a mission trip to Aba, Nigeria
1991: Return to Nigeria, with a ministry stop in France
1996: Harvest Fields in India
2000: Reaping Again the Harvest Fields of India
Gateway Into the Nations
2000: Carlos Annacondia anointed me at the San Diego Crusade
2001: Alberto Mottesi anointed me at a leaders meeting in Santa Barbara
